Class of 2022 – Ohio Quarterbacks Top Six

Over the next few weeks I will take a deep dive into the class of 2022 rankings.  We will begin with the top Quarterbacks. 1. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="63075" first="Chase" last="Harrison"]</strong> - Centerville HS - 6’3 215 - (5 Offers) Chase has been ranked a 4 Star by a couple of recruiting services.  Great mechanics and a cannon for an arm.  Easily makes all the short, medium and deep throws with accuracy.  Called upon to be a pocket passer; he is adept at full field reads.  When moving out of the pocket is proficient at throwing from multiple arm angles.  The sky is the limit for Chase. HUDL: https://www.hudl.com/profile/8135146/Chase-Harrison 2. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="34394" first="Drew" last="Allar"]</strong> - Medina HS - 6’5 215 - (8 Offers) Tall and strong armed.  Had 26 touchdowns and almost 3000 yards passing in the regular season.  Extremely accurate on the deep ball.  Really impressive pocket movement.  Possesses great mechanics and always maintains a good throwing base.  Can really spin the ball into tight windows.  Can't wait to see his senior year. HUDL: https://www.hudl.com/profile/11295324/Drew-Allar 3. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="91532" first="Mekhi" last="Lynn"]</strong> - Princeton HS - 6’2 185 - Athletically gifted dual threat RPO quarterback.  He is really fast with a good sense of how to play this particular style of offense.  Able to get the ball downfield with ease and have touch on the bubble as well.  Good pocket passer when called upon and the defense has to keep an extra defender in the box to spy on him. HUDL: https://www.hudl.com/profile/11134687/Mekhi-Lynn 4. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="34392" first="Te’Sean" last="Smoot"]</strong> - Springfield HS - 5’11 180 - Dual threat QB with 10 offers so far.  Had 24 touchdowns, 2600 yards passing, and 600 on the ground all while leading his team to the regional championship.  He is a tremendously gifted QB who can make all the throws and really hurt you with his legs.  Really impressive the way eye keeps his eyes downfield and throws strikes to his receivers.  Very impressive athleticism inside and outside the pocket.  Tough runner who isn't afraid to lower the pads and get the ball across the line by any means necessary.
