Gunnar Gehring Gunnar Gehring 6'3" | 260 lbs | OL Pierre | 2021 State – Pierre TF Riggs
Gehring was a vital piece on a big Governor OL this year. He has a good initial surge off the snap and really moves the opposing DT to open a really big gap. He is also a good puller, stays low on his opening step and really surprises the guy he’s trapping. Gehring has good footwork, good hand technique and overall just good drive.
Gage Gullickson– Flandreu
Snap the ball, go roll a kid, that seemed to be Gullickson’s mentality this season. He was quick off the snap in engaging the opposing DT, once he was latched on, that kid was going down. He also has a big frame that was too hard to get around in the first place, add his technique that made it even more difficult. Gullickson still has a high ceiling yet for his potential to be a really good OL.
Josh Livermore Josh Livermore 6'2" | 275 lbs | OL West Central | 2021 State – West Central
Livermore seemed to play many places on the line, in a run-heavy team he bounced around to the unbalanced side of the line many times. He had good form on pull blocks and has a real quick and effective first step. You weren’t going to beat him to his gap unless you had a head-start. He also had a good drive off of first contact, keeps his feet chopping. Livermore is a technically sound OL as well, not much to take away from his game.
Zach Schreier Zach Schreier 5'10" | 280 lbs | OL Dell Rapids | 2021 State – Dell Rapids
Schreier was a good anchor for the Quarriers this year, he uses his good, low base to his advantage. He seems very violent when engaged in blocks, comes off the snap hard and delivers a good first hit, and keeps driving until his man goes down. If he was smaller in his matchup, seemed to be his best games, he kept low pad level and stood his guy up to take him out of the play.
