Sometimes, you wonder how this happens, usually it’s a group of good players who come together to play ball, and one player stands out due to a great team chemistry. Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial had one of those seasons this year, and RB/LB Camden Ludeman was one of those leading the way. As a Junior, he led the rushing attack for the offense and was a key tackler on defense. Ludeman is a 5’11”, 195 lb. RB/LB who is very physical on both sides of the ball, very patient when running the ball and has some sneaky speed to make the big plays. Being able to watch this kid both on film and in person, the kid is impressive, he plays a lot bigger than the program says, and can take over a game at any point. Check out the Interview Below!
PRZ: Hello Camden, tell us what you love about the game of football.
Ludeman: I love the physicality, I love to push myself to be the best I can be. I also love the competitive nature of the game.
PRZ: What do you feel are your biggest strengths?
Ludeman: I feel my biggest strength is my effort, regardless of what side of the ball I’m on. I’m always giving my all and leading by example.
PRZ: What do you feel you need to improve on?
Ludeman: I think I need to improve on my strength as I continue to grow and I have the opportunity to continue to become stronger and faster.
PRZ: What were your expectations for yourself coming into this season?
Ludeman: I had very high expectations for myself. I worked very hard this offseason in and out of the weight room, and continued to work during the season. I hold myself to a very high standard which led to great results this season.
PRZ: What schools are you currently in contact with?
Ludeman: I am not in contact with any schools right now, I’m open to any and all opportunities.
