WISCONSIN DELLS- After a two-day trip in the Wisconsin Dells, we are all set to unpack who left their mark at the offensive linemen position. These are the first five names I watched on Monday night that left me very impressed as we dive into the "first five" off the board out of the near 160 players that came to our first-ever Prep Redzone Wisconsin Showcase!
[player_tooltip player_id="30814" first="Trevor" last="Fiecko"], Manitowoc Roncalli (WI) (2021)
When you look up the term "mauler" in the dictionary, it’s surprising to see [player_tooltip player_id="30814" first="Trevor" last="Fiecko"]’s name not pop up. Fiecko was a battler all night in the Wisconsin Dells and showed his massive strength in 1on1s. Fiecko has great technique and a massive frame. I think the competition mixed well with his game, as when you roll back his film Fiecko goes up against the much smaller competition. The only one WIAC offer surprises me—a hidden gem from Manitowoc County.

[player_tooltip player_id="30904" first="Brendan" last="Harder"], DC Everest (WI) (2021)
The Saginaw Valley (MI) commit looked very impressive on Monday night in the Dells. He’s one of the most powerful centers I have gotten to watch live in the four states I write for. Harder is a tough prospect that really packed a punch in the 1on1 drills. His ability to drive his feet so well to keep defensive linemen in his tracks was a great sign for this Division II prospect heading to Saginaw to play college football.

Josh Witt, Ashwaubenon (WI) (2022)
Witt was one of the top stars on my sheet on Monday night. A player that ran with authority while running the 40. Where Witt stood out most was when we got to 1on1 drills where he brought his bully mentality to the table and with such aggression. Witt didn’t get a fall season with Ashwaubenon but looked extremely sharp, to say the least. Witt on film is a defined finisher and shows incredible stamina in his 6’3 285 frame. Witt also has an outstanding 4.2 GPA. High level college player.

[player_tooltip player_id="31216" first="Gabe" last="Rousseau"], Stoughton (WI) (2022)
Rousseau has completely flipped his frame from his sophomore tape to a bruiser type offensive linemen logging about 40 more pounds from his sophomore year. Rousseau was one of our top battlers in the trenches from Monday night in Wisconsin Dells. Rousseau is very quick on tape and has certainly kept the great foot speed he had on tape as he has transformed his frame. Rousseau is just another long and strong prospect from the offensive line hotbed that is the Stoughton Vikings.

Patrick Lavin, St. Anthony Village (MN) (2022)
Lavin made the 3.5-hour drive from St. Anthony to the Dells on Monday night and looked impressive in 1on1s. Lavin’s ability to keep his man engaged throughout the entirety of his blocks was what I enjoyed most about his game. Lavin does a great job of managing his blocks and making sure as the center that all his teammates know exactly where they need to be. Lavin lived up to the hype we presented earlier this fall, being named to our Preseason All-State list in Class 4A.
