There are so many products from SoCal and NorCal at the college level right now making a big impact and this next wave of studs will only be better. These guys have all proved to be at the next level and I am very excited to see all of these boys on Saturday’s, excelling at the next level. These are some of the top performers for the WR’s at the National Prep Showcase.
[player_tooltip player_id="25307" first="Derek" last="Boyd"], Oaks Christian, WR/RB, 2022

3 star, 6’0, 190 pound beast from Oaks Christian. Throughout his career, he was more of a RB, but an RB who can catch out the back field. Now converting to a WR, he will be even a bigger weapon for the Lions. He stood out to me as one of the best receivers at the National Prep Showcase. 1,254 rushing yards on 164 carries, 10 receptions for 210 yards with 23 total career touchdowns. Poised to have a huge senior year. 2 offers from Boise State and Oregon State. Ohio State, Stanford and UCLA are staying close.
https://twitter.com/ckim8848/status/1328184716000854016/video/1 https://www.hudl.com/profile/11248954/Derek-Boyd-II
[player_tooltip player_id="25318" first="Arlis" last="Boardingham"], WR/DE, Birmingham, 2022

4 star athlete who will soon be a 5 star. A four year starter, in football of his high school career. Also runs track and field. Gifted athlete. For his size and length, he is very fast and a physical receiver with great hands and should dominate coming in as a true freshmen in college. He will be able to make plays at the WR/TE/DE in college which makes him a big time weapon. He has 1,225 yards on only 80 receptions averaging 15 yards a catch, and 15 total touchdowns. On defense, he was a monster too. He now has 9 offers and still has two more seasons to play. Emerging as a national recruit right now. Some of the schools he likes are ASU, Colorado and Notre Dame. MVP for WR’s at the National Prep Showcase.
https://twitter.com/ckim8848/status/1327856823232204800/video/1 https://twitter.com/ckim8848/status/1327826510841925633/video/1 https://twitter.com/ckim8848/status/1327794073273397249/video/1 http://www.hudl.com/v/2CaNr0
Dominic Arango-Serna, WR, Chaminade Prep, 2022

3 star Sophomore All State, First Team All LA County, 4.0 GPA. He was the #1 player in CA and #4 in the nation for receiving yards. As a sophomore, on varsity he reeled in 61 catches for 1,341 yards with 15 touchdowns. Monster season. Crispy routes and is quick in his breaks. Hands are solid so he is useful in the slot as well on the outside. Only getting faster and stronger with 2 more years of high school ball. He is already a D1 type athlete and is only in 10th grade. Coming out of Canoga Park, his career varsity stats are 115 receptions and 2,364 yards with 22 touchdowns. He just received an offer from PENN. SDSU and Army are keeping close with him alot so let the offers roll in finally!
https://twitter.com/ckim8848/status/1327790751191760896/video/1 https://twitter.com/ckim8848/status/1327794682550632448/video/1 http://www.hudl.com/v/2CF3W9
[player_tooltip player_id="25370" first="Solomon" last="Davis"], WR, Los Osos, 2023

Impressive freshmen season on varsity. 6’1, 180 pound WR/RB/DB. He did it all as a freshmen scoring a total 54 points. He had 458 rushing yards, 121 receiving yards, 3 tackles and 9 total touchdowns. He was one of the top performers at WR at the National Prep Showcase. He will also be a 4 year starter on varsity for his high school career. The offers should be rolling in soon after his sophomore campaign.
https://www.hudl.com/profile/13241506/Solomon-Davis
Duhron Goodman, DB/WR, Valencia, 2022

A stud transferring from Chaminade to Valencia. He makes a big impact and makes Valencia’s defense that much better. As a sophomore on varsity at Chaminade he racked up 36 total tackles and 27 solo with 1 interception and 6 passes defensed. He should be getting a lot more attention after his JR season. He is a stud and should make plays all over the Foothill League this upcoming season.
http://www.hudl.com/v/2Bxxks
Grant Gray, WR, Norco, 2023

Getting playing time on varsity as a freshmen, he reeled in 8 catches for 146 yards and 2 touchdowns. He will be one Norco’s best player as a sophomore who should have a big upcoming season. The offers will come after his sophomore or junior season. He had a great showcase at the National Prep Showcase. He has been working hard as a freshmen competing against bigger and older kids to help him prep for the upcoming season.
https://www.hudl.com/profile/12825159/Grant-Gray
Lebron Jackson, WR, Ridgeview, 2022

A 6’2, 180 pound WR out of Ridgeview with an offer from Nevada. He should be getting mire offers after his JR season. Big body receiver with good hands. He is only getting faster and stronger so we will see his breakout season in the next two years. He has been workin hard this off season. One of the top performers at the National Showcase Prep.
http://www.hudl.com/v/2CRjfq
Zion Hall, WR, Garces Memorial, 2021

2 star, who should definitely be a 3 star easily. A 5’7, 170 pound speedster, has 5 offers making Nevada his biggest one. He is a playmaking receiver who plays much bigger than his size. Good hands with quick cuts and runs good routes. He should have a eye opening senior season to get some more bigger schools because he can absolutely ball.
http://www.hudl.com/v/2DRXUB
Nicholas Kohl, WR/DB, West Ranch, 2021

6’0, 190 pound stud receiver, he caught 44 receptions for 844 yards with 10 total receiving touchdowns. He averaged 20 yards a catch. He should most definitely be a 3 star by now. He would be a steal for any college who picked him up as a slot or outside receiver. He will be one West Ranch’s best weapons and should have a fantastic final year with his bud [player_tooltip player_id="25215" first="Walker" last="Eget"]. The offers should be rolling in for Nick he has been working very hard during this off season and as a coach and a scout I know he will perform high at the next level.
https://twitter.com/ckim8848/status/1327822091140227073/video/1 http://www.hudl.com/v/2CaEeP
