One of the nation’s top 2022 prospects, Bouie is a versatile 5-foot-11 185-pound playmaker who excels on both side of the ball. At receiver, Bouie shows great hands, explosiveness, and incredible ball skills. He’s not necessarily a “burner” when it comes to his speed, but he’s fast enough to out-run defenses on a consistent basis. He’s twitchy, changes directions well, and shows great acceleration when he has the ball with room to run. He may not be the biggest guy, but there aren’t many in the state with his athleticism. Bouie led Bainbridge to a state championship ad a freshman, and he was one of the best players on the team.
As good as he is at receiver, his position in Athens will likely be on defense. Lots of playmakers across the state can get open consistently at receiver, but there aren’t many who can cover those type of players. Bouie is one of them. He has great footwork, natural athleticism, and impressive cover skills. He’s more athletic than just about ever receiver he goes against, and he knows how to play with physicality and toughness as well. It’s hard to find a true cover corner at the high school level, but Bouie is that type of player.
He’s a 5-star prospect for a reason, and he’s a major pickup for the Georgia Bulldogs.

Bouie isn’t the only prospect in the 2022 class who had made noise with his recruitment. Elite junior Malaki Starks Malaki Starks 6'1" | 195 lbs | ATH Jefferson | 2022 State GA of Jefferson (GA) could be coming close to a decision, and the 6-foot-2 190-pound athlete released his “Top 3” this week that includes Georgia, Clemson, and Alabama.

Starks does a little bit of everything for his Jefferson squad, playing quarterback on offense and safety on defense. He’s one of the biggest playmakers in the state, and while he doesn’t throw the ball much at QB, he’s incredibly dangerous running the ball. Starks doesn’t play a ton in the second half in most games, but he’s still racked up over 600 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns so far through his team’s first 5 games. More importantly, Starks has led his team to an undefeated season and has them in the hunt for a state championship.
