One of the top dual-threat quarterbacks in the state is [player_tooltip player_id="23854" first="Aidan" last="Dunne"] from Dubuque Hempstead. Playing in Class 4A, Dunne still found ways to make defenses look silly, racking up over 2,300 yards on the year.
He has good size and speed, and is also an experienced player now. Dunne’s decision-making with the ball is one of his best assets, as he threw just three interceptions in 155 regular season pass attempts.
Jackson Ostrander - Dubuque Hempstead (2021)
Teams knew that Dubuque Hempstead would be looking for Jackson Ostrander on many pass plays. Still, the senior could not be stopped.

Ostrander made the difficult play look easy and was also reliable to pull the ball down in traffic. H is dangerous out of the slot and also plays defense.

What really stands out when scouting Ostrich is his first move. He has excellent hips and is very flexible, stopping on a dime before taking off with great speed.
