This was a surprisingly lopsided game. Here are 5 players who stood out in this first round of the playoffs.
Penn-Trafford – <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="27612" first="Cade" last="Yacamelli"] </strong>(JR) Safety 6’0 190: Cade is used as a running back but believe he will be a safety at the next level. He had 124 yards rushing with 2 touchdowns including a 61-yard run
Penn-Trafford – <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="27257" first="Ethan" last="Carr"]</strong> (SR) Quarterback 6’2 205: Ethan was not very effective in the passing game but did throw 1 touchdown. He showed off his athletic ability running the ball with 193 yards and two touchdowns of 55 and 50 yards.
Penn-Trafford – <strong>Nate Frye</strong> (SR) Safety 5’9 175: Nate was all over the field. He shows decent speed. He made quite a bit of tackles. He also made some big hit to force incomplete passes
Upper St. Clair – <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="27217" first="David" last="Pantelis"]</strong> (SR) Wide Receiver/Defensive Back 6’1 179: David had a tough night but made an early 2<sup>nd</sup> quarter INT to prevent a potential touchdown. He made a few catches as well
Penn-Trafford – <strong>Joe Enick</strong> (SOPH) Defensive Tackle 6’3 260: Joe has good get off. Shows to use hands, oaky speed. He was disruptive in the backfield all night and made quite a few tackles and recovered a fumble. At times he was double-teamed. Upper St. Clair needed a third blocker at one point late in the game to stop him.
