Long had 136 yards receiving and a touchdown for Sierra Canyon as a junior last season. He had 25 tackles, two sacks and a pass deflection on defense. He is 6-foot-3, 175 pounds and doubles as a track athlete for Sierra Canyon. Long also had an offer from Air Force before committing to Columbia. Hayden McDonald of O’Dea High School in Seattle, Washington is the only defensive back in Columbia’s 2021 recruiting class and there are no receivers in the class. He is a 4.0 GPA student and also a baseball star at Vista Murrieta High. Pedersen is 6-foot-4, 240 pound tight end who is an excellent blocking and receiving tight end. Garrison is an all-purpose running back who ran for five yards per carry as a sophomore last season for St. Francis (La Canada). He caught 17 passes for 294 yards and three touchdowns. He completed 70 percent of his passes for 2,266 yards and 21 touchdowns for St. Monica last season. Valor Christian begins its season on October 10 according to MaxPreps. Grady also had offers from Northern Arizona, San Diego and San Jose State prior to his commitment. He is the third player in Bucknell’s 2021 recruiting class and the only quarterback.
