Players to Watch in Rumson-Fair Haven vs. Mater Dei

This battle of 3-1 teams in the Shore Conference willl be one of the best of the weekend. Mater Dei and Rumson-Fair Haven have been powerhouses for years now. This is going to be a big time matchup and must see game.

Brown is a talented quarterback with a big arm who can make any throw. He has five touchdowns this season and has been using his legs effectively as well. Brown does not turn the ball over and that is his biggest attribute.
<strong>John Volker (2021) | Rumson-Fair Haven</strong>
Rumson is a team that likes to run the ball and they have one of the best backs in the conference in Volker. He has rushed for 651 yards and 10 touchdowns this season. He has been able to control games for the Bulldogs using his legs.

Cooper is a big weapon for Mater Dei within their offense. He has great versatility where he can run the ball or catch the ball in many positions in the offense. His explosiveness makes him a player that needs to be watched.
<strong>John Lista (2022) | Rumson-Fair Haven</strong>
Lista has completely stepped up in the linebacker role for Rumson. He leads the team with 40 tackles, four forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries. He is a hard-hitting player who is a coach on the field in the middle of the defense.
<strong>Patrick Jamin (2021) | Rumson-Fair Haven</strong>
Jamin is the biggest weapon in the passing game for the Bulldogs. He has reliable hands and great size that helps him on the outside. Rumson looks to their senior often when they need a big play and he is usually up for the challenge.
<strong>Naran Buntin (2021) | Mater Dei</strong>
Buntin is a veteran player for Mater Dei. He has a receiving touchdown this season while also being used as a running back in the backfield. Bunting is a dark-horse candidate to breakout in this game.
