<strong><em>Nate Mikell- Wildwood</em></strong>
<strong><em>6’3 170lbs</em></strong>
<strong><em>1362 pass yds 16td 8in</em></strong>
<strong><em>298 rush yds 5td</em></strong>
Mikell is a dual-threat quarterback that has a lot of speed (4.52), he does a really good job placing the ball away from the defender, I believe Mikell’s biggest asset is throwing on the run, he uses his athleticism to extend plays while keeping his eyes downfield. He reads coverages well and shows good timing, accuracy, and zip on short and intermediate passes. He currently holds offers from Monmouth College and Albright College.

<strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id="50172" first="Tyler" last="Perry"]- Trenton c/o 22</em></strong>
<strong><em>6’1 179lbs</em></strong>
<strong><em>1101 pass yds 17td 3int</em></strong>
<strong><em>1969 rush yds 18tds</em></strong>
Perry is an outstanding athlete that made First-team All-State as a sophomore last season. Perry’s biggest asset is his ability to scramble and extend plays, he is a very quick and elusive cutback runner that has home run hitting ability and speed. He ran for 1969 yards and 18 touchdowns does a quarterback! Trenton likes to use him as a runner with a lot of called direct run plays for him. He does have ability as a quarterback to make throws, he shows good accuracy and ball placement on deep throws and is good throwing on the run using his athleticism and speed to get out of the pocket.

<em><strong>Makai Johnson- Newberry</strong></em>
<em><strong>5’10 175lbs</strong></em>
<em><strong>546 pas yds 9td 3int</strong></em>
<em><strong>259 rush yds 2tds</strong></em>
Johnson led Newberry to a 9-1 regular season and a playoff appearance while passing for 546 yards and 9 TD’s and rushing for 259 yards and three touchdowns. Johnson is a dual-threat quarterback that is good at running the zone-read offense, as a runner he has burst and shows ability to make defenders miss, he has natural instincts running with the ball. As a passer Newberry will roll him out to use his athleticism to give him open windows to see down the field, he does show the ability to stand in the pocket and deliver strikes for intermediate and short passes. Johnson might be a candidate to move to another position in college, potentially wide receiver or running back.

<strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id="50159" first="Chaz" last="Mackey"]- Hawthorne c/o 22</em></strong>
<strong><em>6’0 165lbs</em></strong>
Mackey joins Hawthorne as a junior transfer from North Marion High. He is a dual-threat quarterback who has already started on the right foot with his new team, throwing for three touchdowns in his first game. Mackey flashes nice accuracy and touch on deep balls. He’s an effective passer on the move and does a good job carrying out his fakes, he also has the ability to run for big yards possessing speed and vision. Mackey is new to the area, but I believe he’ll be one of the best dual-threat prospects this season.

[player_tooltip player_id="50156" first="Cameron" last="Johnson"]- Fort Meade c/o 22
5’10 175lbs
Johnson is a dual-threat quarterback and has a short-compact frame. When Johnson throws the ball he shows decent footwork and a nice compact delivery. Has pretty good accuracy and touch. Has nice ability to read defenses and takes what the defense gives him. Seems to always find the open man. He is a good small school prospect as a quarterback.
