Each week, there will be more and more teams starting to play during this Pandemic Season here in the state of Florida.
As more teams continue to play, we are going to find prospects stepping up to make a difference in their team’s performance.

Once again this past week, football players from all over the Sunshine State made a huge impact – and we have some of them for you.
<strong><em>Here are Week 3 standouts:</em></strong>
Entire <strong>Palmetto Ridge</strong> Defense. 1st team to shut out Naples since 2006. 7 turnovers, blocked punt for a TD..Havoc Rate 42%
QB <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="50203" first="Maurice" last="Smith"] Jr</strong>. Fort Pierce Westwood passes for 327 yards, 3 TDs vs Fort Pierce Central in a 49-0 victory.
Junior <strong>Pharee Reed</strong> snagged a fumbled snap and sprinted 59 yards to the house with 1:59 left in the first half as St. Petersburg Lakewood beat Boca Ciega 40-6.
Senior RB <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="32794" first="Deon" last="Silas"]</strong> scored 5 times and accounted for 214 yards in Steinbrenner’s 56-7 win over Tampa Alonso.
Junior WR <strong>Cade Roberts,</strong> South Walton had 16 catches for 222 yards in a 50-49 loss to Port St. Joe.
Sophomore <strong>Lenwood Sapp’s</strong> 3-yard touchdown run with 16 seconds remaining capped a 70-yard, 10-play march to give Clearwater Central Catholic a 14-7 win over Wiregrass Ranch. Sophomore outside linebacker <strong>Carson Schiavello</strong> also made two key plays in the defensive struggle.
Sophomore linebacker <strong>David Vadala</strong>, junior defensive end <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="49989" first="Marvin" last="Jones Jr"].</strong> and senior safety <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="32615" first="James" last="Williams"]</strong> made key play after key play as Plantation American Heritage beat three-time defending 3A state champion Chaminade-Madonna, 7-3.
Newberry quarterback <strong>Makai Johnson</strong> was a spark in a 28-21 victory over Union County. Johnson completed two passes to senior <strong>Justen Crews</strong> that covered 42 yards, including a 12-yard scoring pass on third-and-goal.
Senior receiver/defensive back <strong>Jacquez Hughes</strong> was the spark for Palmetto and gave acting Tigers coach <strong>Matt Braselton </strong>a 43-7 win over Port Charlotte.
QB<strong> John Busha </strong>ran for three touchdowns and passed for another in victory as Charlotte came-from-behind to beat Braden River, 35-21.
Lemon Bay’s <strong>Henry Schouten</strong> and <strong>Jacob Sekach</strong> sparked a 364-yard rushing attack in a 49-7 win over Oasis.
Ridge Communty QB <strong>Zachary Pleuss</strong> was 26 of 42 for 383 and 3 TDS. <strong>Keymari Odum</strong> had 7 receptions for 201 and 2 TDs
Quarterback <strong>Will Evans</strong> connected with wide receiver <strong>Jaron Glover</strong> for a 73-yard touchdown on Sarasota Riverview’s first play from scrimmage – and the defense stifled Bradenton Southeast all night in a 7-3 win.
Once again junior RB <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="50210" first="Kade" last="Frew"]</strong> was at the center of Jacksonville Bolles’ win – with 3 touchdowns and 210 yards in a 40-23 win over St. Augustine.
Creekside running back <strong>Preston Strope</strong> carried the ball 30 times for 154 yards and 4 scores in a 35-0 win over Jacksonville First Coast. He has scored eight times in two games.
<strong>Cale Zarah</strong> competed 15 of 27 for 201 yards, three touchdowns and a two-point conversion as Jacksonville Lee held off Ribault in the season opener for both teams, 26-18.
Jacksonville Terry Parker sophomore quarterback <strong>Roman Doles</strong> completed 11 of 19 passes for a game-high 308 yards and two touchdowns and had an interception return for a score in a 41-22 over Bishop Kenny.
<strong>Carson Crawford</strong> rushed for three touchdowns and completed two scoring passes to <strong>Camron Crawford</strong> as Baker County beat Jacksonville Ed White, 47-0.
<strong>Desirrio Riles</strong> passed for one touchdown and rushed for two as Jacksonville University Christian beat Bradford County, 33-22.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="32793" first="Jamarian" last="Samuel"],</strong> Ocala Trinity Catholic RB- 25 carries for 255 yards & 4 TDs in 48-31 defeat of South Sumter.
Lake Howell senior QB <strong>Koen Koller</strong> finished the with 4 rushes for 86 yards and 3 touchdowns in a 41-0 win over Lakeland Tenoroc.
<strong>Bryce Tompkins</strong> passed for three touchdowns and <strong>Kevin Davis</strong> scored twice as Baldwin beat West Nassau, 36-31.
<strong>Eddie Whipple</strong> caught two touchdown passes from <strong>Max Monroe </strong>and returned an interception for a touchdown to lead Ridgeview past Middleburg, 35-0.
<strong>Kay’juan Maduka</strong> rushed for 195 yards and two touchdowns, including a 93-yarder, to lead Jacksonville Cedar Creek Christian to a 20-6 win over Bishop Snyder.
Ida Baker Junior <strong>Zach Malpica</strong> had 14 tackles, an interception and a fumbe recovery and scored 3 offensive touchdowns in a 25-3 win over Cape Coral Mariner.
North Florida Christian’s <strong>Deandrae McCray</strong> scored three times and <strong>Brayden Phillips</strong> threw 5 TDs in a 32-0 win over Jefferson County.
