’21 Small School Prospects Putting Up Nice Tape

Some Seniors are putting up some nice seasons through three games. Here are a couple that are probably small school players that you should look out for: [player_tooltip player_id="27450" first="Luke" last="Wagner"] McGuffey 6’3 200 DE: Great frame. Has great arm length, good athleticism. Best football is ahead of him. Needs to get in a weight program, not afraid of contact. Nice project for a defensive line coach. Not super twitchy, but does show ability to bend and get down the line Vinyl Sirianni Peters Township 5’9 195 RB/Slot: Tough quick player. lacks long distance speed. Good hands out of the backfield. Will get the tough yards. A coach’s son so he understands how to eat a zone and where weaknesses in the defense are. Good vision, one cut and go player [player_tooltip player_id="27452" first="Logan" last="Schrubb"] Keystone Oakes 6’0 190 QB: Kind of shot puts it sometimes. Doesn’t have great mechanics. Gets the ball there. Compeititor. Average arm strength and accuracy. [player_tooltip player_id="27453" first="Alex" last="Johnston"] Greensburg Central Catholic 6’3 255 DT: Reads the play well and reacts. Will fight double teams to make a play. Good hands, good strength. Level of competition is poor, must be thought about when evaluating him [player_tooltip player_id="27454" first="Daniel" last="Grant"] Brownsville 5’8 180 RB: Great burst. Shifty, and elusive. Speedis just okay. Smaller than you would like but thick. Also plays LB, probably undersized for that. Gadget back on the next level [player_tooltip player_id="27455" first="Owen" last="Maddich"] Jefferson Morgan 6’3 170 WR: Tall, lanky WR that goes up and gets the ball. Good speed, just okay in and out of his breaks. Doesn’t sink his hips like he needs to. Raw WR, needs to add bulk. [player_tooltip player_id="27456" first="Teddy" last="Ruffner"] Mars 5’9 195 RB: One cut and go type of player. Lacks speed. Not shufty. Power back that doesn’t really have a over average power. Just a good high school player. Potential fullback in college [player_tooltip player_id="27427" first="Isaiah" last="Berry"] Clairton 5’7 165 RB: Small RB that has good vision and drive in him. Decent burst. Speed is concerning. Gets flagged too many times on tape. Plays the lowest classification, just a good player for Clairton.
