The safety position is one of the most well-respected positions in the game. It takes a special athlete who knows how to hit, cover, and be able to do just about anything. As a prospect, Daniel has good length, lots of muscle, and has some versatility to his game. He’s good in coverage on the back end, but he’s excellent coming downhill against the run. He can rush the passer when he needs too, but right now he’s still lean and quick enough to stay at his safety spot.
