A lot of times these kids get overlooked because they don’t play at big schools, and I feel that they deserve the spotlight and the opportunity to be seen by as many college coaches as possible. It is important that we highlight as many prospects as we can. At Prep Redzone Florida, we are different than most sites where we don’t just focus on the highly ranked prospects, we want to emphasize guys that are not being heavily recruited and try to promote them, so they also get an opportunity to play in college and get the exposure they need and deserve!
Dyvion Bush -Vernon
6’2″165 lbs.
79-148, 1426yds, 14td, 6int, QB rating 101.4
Bush is a dual-sport athlete that (also plays basketball) led Vernon (8-4) in passing yards last year throwing for 1426 yards and leading them to the regional finals where they lost to Baker by one point. Bush is a true dual-threat quarterback who has a live arm and an ability to extend plays with his feet. He also shows good accuracy and being able to put the ball in tight windows, and also shows touch on deep throws. Bush, has very good vision and speed when running with the ball that allowed him to rush for 327 yards. He’s the top returning quarterback in Florida 1A region 1. He currently has no offers.

Isaac Berry – Chipley
6’1″180 lbs.
70-136, 842yds, 8td, 6int QB rating 72.0
Isaac Berry in my opinion is a true hidden gem in Florida that needs more exposure. Berry is also another dual-sport athlete that plays basketball. He has a good compact release and shows touch on all his throws. He also is smart and has a good ability to read coverages which is evident by is 4.56 GPA, he also shows athletic ability by being able to slide in the pocket and make throws on the run. Chipley is a predominantly run-oriented team, but Berry more than showed the ability to shoulder the load which was evident by his 288-yard 4 td output against Freeport last season. Chipley seemed to rely on him more than ever in its last four games and he rewarded them by throwing for 671 yds and 7 tds.

Colby Jones – Holmes County, c/o 22
5’7” 165lbs
22-44, 352yds, 4td, 4int QB rating 69.5
Jones is a fiery competitor that also plays point guard for his basketball team. Jones split time last season but eventually looked to have taken over the QB spot midway through the season. He reminds me a little bit of Baker Mayfield, he has quick delivery and shows pretty good accuracy, he has good enough arm strength to make all the throws. Although he’s not very tall he consistently finds his passing windows to make quick reads. Jones is athletic and shows a lot of accuracy throwing on the run, shows good touch on deep balls, and has the ability to use different arm angles to make accurate throws.

Neal Adams – Graceville, c/o 23
6’2″165 lbs.
11-24, 232yds
I’m putting Adams in here as a bonus sleeper pick, he’s a 2023 QB from Graceville, he threw for 232 yards as a freshman, but he has a good smooth throwing motion and has the body type (6’2 height) to turn into a legit college prospect. He’s also a three-sport athlete playing football, baseball, and basketball.
