Even during this unusual time of COVID-19 preventing teams from having full summer practices, skill players are attending various camps and receiving offers from top colleges.
Since it is difficult to evaluate offensive linemen without pads on, offers typically roll in during and shortly after the season.
Southern California is loaded with offensive line talent and major colleges look at Southern California high schools when they need to add linemen to the roster.
Here is a look at the top offensive linemen in Southern California:
15. [player_tooltip player_id="25148" first="Jacob" last="Parsons"], Edison, Huntington Beach
Earlier this month, there was a story about elite centers in Orange County. The writer of the story (me) had a moment of poor judgment and forgot to include Parsons to the list.
Parsons, a 6-foot-4, 290-pound center from Edison High in Huntington Beach, is one of the better interior linemen in the state. He overpowers most defensive tackles and has very good footwork when in pass protection. Edison also features returning All-County lineman Ryan Easterday.
He holds five offers, including Utah State, San Jose State and Nevada.
14. [player_tooltip player_id="25164" first="JT" last="Hand"], Mission Viejo, Mission Viejo
Another outstanding center from Orange County is [player_tooltip player_id="25164" first="JT" last="Hand"] from Mission Viejo High. Hand was named All-County by the Orange County Register last season and is one of numerous Mission Viejo players who will play college football next season.
Hand has a very wide base in his pass protection and is very difficult for defensive tackles to get around. He also has the quickness to get to the second level in the run game and pass protect against defensive tackles playing one-technique.
He followed in his father’s footsteps and committed to Arizona on May 31.
13. [player_tooltip player_id="25096" first="Rolan" last="Fullwood"], Lawndale, Lawndale
Fullwood has elite ability as a tackle and a guard, which is rare for a prospect of his calibur.

At 6-foot-6, 310-pounds, he has great control of his body. Fullwood has a great first step from the tackle position and can overpower defensive ends without compromising his footwork or leaning forward. As a guard, he moves well laterally and is strong enough to not give up much ground.
Fullwood holds six offers including USC, San Diego State and Nevada.
12. [player_tooltip player_id="25103" first="George" last="Miki-Han"], Mater Dei, Santa Ana
Miki-Han is the center of a dominant interior line at Mater Dei. The 5-foot-11, 310-pound center is very strong and he moves well in pass protection.

He had offers from Bowling Green and Morgan State before committing to Colorado State in May.
11. [player_tooltip player_id="25110" first="Austin" last="Barry"], J.W. North, Riverside
The 6-foot-6, 260-pound tackle is one of the lighter offensive linemen in the recruiting class but has piled up the offers this spring.
Barry had 19 offers before narrowing the list to five in June: Arizona State, Cal, Colorado, UCLA and Utah.
Some players are verbally committing now so they can focus on their senior seasons without a recruiting decision hanging over their heads. Barry appears to want to go on official visits before making a decision, although many recruiting analysts project UCLA to be the favorite to land his services.
