[player_tooltip player_id="25077" first="Mitch" last="Leigber"], a two-way superstar from Laguna Hills High announced his commitment to Stanford Saturday.
He is listed as an athlete on recruiting sites and excels as a running back and safety. Leigber had 1,571 all-purpose yards and 23 total touchdowns including two interception returns for touchdowns.

Leigber received the news that he was accepted to Stanford by their admissions office earlier this week and committed shortly after.
Stanford, like most schools, recruited Leigber as a safety. He had four interceptions and 109 tackles on defense last season.
Leigber told Tim Burt of OCSportsZone.com that he chose Stanford because of their academics and the relationships he built with the coaching staff, including head coach David Shaw.
He was elected First Team All-County by the Orange County Register last season.
<strong>Fresno State continues strong recruiting class from California</strong>
Chaminade (West Hills) quarterback [player_tooltip player_id="25104" first="Jaylen" last="Henderson"] announced his commitment to Fresno State Saturday.
Henderson threw for 2,664 yards and 20 touchdowns for the CIF finalist Eagles last season. He also rushed for over 700 yards and five touchdowns.
He was also considering Vanderbilt before committing to the Bulldogs.
Fresno State has 9 commitments in the class of 2021, six of them are from California. Earlier this week, the Bulldogs landed [player_tooltip player_id="25096" first="Rolan" last="Fullwood"] and [player_tooltip player_id="25137" first="Johnathan" last="Arceneaux"] from Lawndale High and last week they got [player_tooltip player_id="25081" first="Jordan" last="Hornbeak"] from San Joaquin Memorial High.
<strong>Santa Margarita star narrows list down to six</strong>
[player_tooltip player_id="25042" first="Derek" last="Wilkins"], defensive end from Santa Margarita Catholic High narrowed his list of potential colleges from 20 to six.
The 6-foot-4, 250-pound star narrowed the list to Boston College, Cal, Nebraska, Stanford, UCLA and Washington.
Wilkins had 15 tackles for a loss and seven sacks last season for the Eagles.
