If the quarterback is the most important position, then the left tackle is No. 2 on the list. A good offensive line can take an offense to the next level and that is what these prospects do for their teams.

Geno VenDenmark | St. Joe’s Montvale

VenDenmark is the top offensive lineman in New Jersey. He is a player with quick hands and feet at the line but can also use his strength to move people. He recently narrowed down his college decision to six schools. Those six are Nebraska, Rutgers, Michigan State, Ole Miss, Texas, and Arizona State.

[player_tooltip player_id="27877" first="Kevin" last="Wigenton"] | Hun

If VanDenmark is the top lineman, Wigenton is not far behind. The 6’5 tackle will be playing his college ball at Michigan State. He fits into the Big 10 style of games being won in the trenches. He is a player that can gain an advantage for his team in the run game.

[player_tooltip player_id="27887" first="Jake" last="Ketschek"] | St. Augustine

Ketschek recently chose Vanderbilt over Rutgers when he is done in high school. He is one of the top 30 players in New Jersey regardless of position. St. Augustine has a dynamic offense which means their offensive line must be versatile. Ketschek fits the bill in both the pass and run game.

[player_tooltip player_id="27888" first="Michael" last="Entwistle"] | Don Bosco

Entwistle is a smart player on and off the field. He has offers from many Ivy League schools such as Harvard, Columbia, Cornell, and Dartmouth along with Air Force and Army. Entwistle is a well-rounded player that can be leaned on to take much responsibility along an offensive line.

[player_tooltip player_id="27892" first="Cameron" last="McNair"] | Donovan Catholic

McNair’s name is quickly rising up rankings and getting on radars. He began getting offers late season and now has ones from Pitt, Rutgers, and West Virginia. McNair is a 6’5, 320 pound behemoth along the offensive line. He is strong at the line and quick in the screen game. He will be an elite performer at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id="27894" first="Josh" last="Toner"] | Cherokee

Toner has picked up double-digit offers from the likes of Georgetown, Army, UMass, and Temple. He can play tackle but thrives on the inside at the guard position. At the collegiate level, he will be relied on as a guard that can control the inside.

[player_tooltip player_id="27906" first="Zack" last="Taylor"] | Parsippany Hills

Taylor has committed to Rutgers as a long snapper. His decision keeps the Scarlet Knight name in the family. Zack’s brother, Billy, is currently a three-year starter at long snapper for Rutgers. Taylor will keep ties between the college and Parsippany Hills. He is a big body with great control that can do many things on the field.
