The season went well last year, but the highlight was winning games with the team. We went pretty far into playoffs as went in the section finals and lost to Pierz.”
Foster is working hard at captain's practice to try and right the ship again in 2017.
“This off-season I have been trying to run captain's practice and get everyone back in sync since we lost some pretty good seniors and need to rebuild,” Foster explained to Northstar Football. “We should be fine this year if we work hard, and I'm trying to better myself in the weight room and improving my speed so I can be more dynamic for my team so I can carry a heavier load this season. The expectations are going far in playoffs and always the goal is to make it to state. Also, I want to have no regrets this season and leave it all on the field. And as a team we want to win and have fun.”
