I’ve said it before, but if you can prove yourself as a legitimate, physical cornerback projection, you have a real chance to stand out. Huzzie is a pretty fluid, patient player who is athletic enough to float around the catch point. This kid is big as is, but he looks and plays even bigger. He is long, strong, and not afraid to get physical with receivers in routes. Then there’s the added fact that it is extremely difficult to drop the ball in over him.

A West Georgia defensive back with terrific ball skills and natural instincts in coverage, Huzzie is a sure-handed cornerback who reads the quarterback and does a great job of breaking on the ball. He plays the ball like a receiver and also made a big impact on special teams. He’s one of the more underrated defensive backs in the area and should see his recruitment really pick up sooner after picking off multiple passes last season while proving to be a sure-tackler against the run. Huzzie earned a new offer from Arkansas and should see more come his way soon.
