About Yheme

What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?

My biggest strength is my physicality and competitiveness. I play with a high motor and always look to make an impact, whether that’s making a play, blocking, tackling, or doing whatever my team needs to win. I bring energy and effort every time I step on the field.

What are you working to improve right now?

I’m working on becoming more consistent and improving every part of my game. I’m focused on my technique, football IQ, speed, strength, and making better decisions on the field. I want to keep developing so I can be the best player and teammate I can be.

What are you looking for in a college program?

I’m looking for a program that will push me to become a better football player, student, and person. I want to be around coaches and teammates who are committed to winning, developing players, and holding each other accountable. I’m also looking for a school where I can get a good education and have opportunities to succeed after football.

Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?

Coaches should know that I’m a hard worker, respectful, coachable, and willing to learn. I take my responsibilities seriously and try to improve myself every day. I also value my family, my teammates, and the people who support me.

What do you want to study, and what career interests you?

I’m still exploring my options, but I’m interested in studying business and learning more about entrepreneurship. I’m interested in building something of my own and having a career where I can use my skills, work ethic, and creativity to be successful.
