Martin put in some nice work last week during his team’s win over Maret. He rushed 25 times for 163 yards and one touchdowns. For the season, he’s carried the football 155 times for 1,064 yards and 11 touchdowns and has 209 receiving yards and three receiving touchdowns to his credit. In the past 5 out of 6 games, he’s rushed for over 100-plus yards. Martin gets stronger as the game goes on. I’m expecting another 100-plus yard game out of him this week.

Martin is off to another solid start, rushing for 254 yards and four touchdowns on 33 carries. The last two games have been blowouts for St. Albans or he would probably be well over 300-plus yards rushing after three games. I can’t verify how much he weighs, but he certainly plays bigger than his listed size. Once he commits to a lane, he explodes through it. Expect to see Martin get those 15-plus yard chunk plays in the ground game throughout the season. Martin already has a few breakaway plays on his highlights on his early highlight reel.
