Evans was arguably the top performer of the night, as the talented back made his presence felt with many long runs and even in the blocking game. We saw him being utilized in swings and short game, but he was best on the ground, where he would punish the Dalton defenders. He was someone who made a valuable effort at the end of the game, which played a huge part in their victory. He is someone who can be physical, but is better at creating paths to open space. He follows behind his blocks very well, and his performance on Friday was great to say the least. He also got the game-winning interception, which is just a cherry on top.
