Englert has completed 94-of-179 passes for 1,311 yards, 14 touchdowns, and four interceptions. Even though his team has had a tough go of it in its first seven games. Englert gets the ball out quickly; most of his highlights have him passing the ball within 1-2 seconds after the snap. Has the ability to work through progressions when protected. A few throws show him throwing off his back foot. Mobile and able to escape pressure in the pocket. He is a pass-first quarterback, but he can run out of pocket and gain yards with his legs.

Englert boasts a 4.0 GPA for the Great Bridge Wildcats, which is most important. What is also nice is he is good intriguing quarterback too, future is beaming for this rising sophomore. Regardless if he is on the move or in the pocket Englert can play and he has a moxie about him too. A young bright man under center should only mean positive signs for the Wildcats.
