Burns is one of the best dual threat quarterbacks in Southern California and flies under the radar.
An opposing coach told me this week that Burns is the best public school quarterback in South Orange County and is a nightmare to prepare for.
Burns threw for 299 yards with a touchdown in a big Sea View League win over Aliso Niguel. The Texas Tech commit also ran for 125 yards and two touchdowns.
He has thrown for over 2,000 yards this season and ran for over 500.
