Weston has the skill set of a safety who is always looking for the next opportunity to make a play. He shows good awareness from the back end and does a nice job reacting when the action comes his way. Weston can cover ground, track the football and close quickly when he sees an opening to make a tackle. What stands out is his ability to turn good positioning into actual plays, whether that comes through coverage, pursuit or getting involved around the line of scrimmage. He brings a playmaking element to the safety position that can change a drive in a hurry.
