Really solid week 4 highlights for Russo who was a major standout over the offseason. The hard work is very clearly paying off for him, acquiring a Heidelberg offer this week as well. He was a major weapon on the outside and put up some impressive highlights. He was creating space and giving his QB an easy target, but even when he was targeted while covered, his late hands and impressive concentration allowed him to make contested catches, including a deep ball touchdown that required a heck of a lot of skill. Russo keeps getting better and is barely scratching the surface of how great he can really be.

Great overall day of work out of Russo. His testing portion was great, as he run, jumped and cut exactly how I expected. He put together a really good day catching the ball as well, both on air and against live DBs. He runs clean routes, gets his head around and uses late hands to secure catches against really good coverage. I don’t recall seeing any drops or any sort of big hiccups out of Russo all day. Clean and consistent goes a long way, and Russo is absolutely all of that.

What a statement night for Russo. He was practically unguardable at times. His speed and pure athleticism pop on film, and once again popped in person. His stock raised a ton in my eyes in a matter of minutes!

-Great route runner, with attention to detail and explosion out of his breaks

-Able to catch in traffic with great ball tracking and ball skill. Came down with an absurd one handed catch that had everybody talking

-Could be a really hot commodity on the recruiting trail if he hits the right camps this spring
