Though Williams isn’t the biggest receiver, he can absolutely fly and that gives him big-play potential for Pasquotank County. He actually made bigger contributions on defense and special teams last season, as he had a kickoff return touchdown in the opener, and three interceptions early in the season. We think he could thrive in the slot though, and will be interested to see if he does more at the receiver position as a senior.
