Vickers has all the physical tools needed to be a high-level prospect, and a coaching change could help unlock some of that potential. He has one of the best arms in the state, and the mobility to either escape the pocket or buy himself time to throw. He’s one I’m watching closely this season, as I think he could take a big step forward.
