Film Watch: Mid-Season Tape
Ortiz is an underrated Section One RB playing with the Rams of Clarkstown North. The 5’7″ 160-Pound RB, shows good poise, and is off to a strong season on both sides of the ball for the Rams this year.
Playing on both sides of the ball, he shows good versatility, and the ability to move around the field and slot in as a playmaker. On the defensive side of the ball, he is an excellent ball tracker, who reads a defense well, and can make a play on the ball. On the offensive side, he can be used as a pass catcher and ball carrier. He shows good footwork, and the ability to slow down plays behind the LOS.
