Troy is a small school QB who is an absolute gamer. The kid has that special knack for just finding a way to make things work. His athleticism gets him out of trouble throughout his highlights and leads to a lot of big plays. It is clear he has natural arm strength. The ’27 doesn’t need his feet set to get the ball out either, but when he does you see the range to the deeper third of the field. His poise within the pocket allows him to find guys last second to flip the ball to on short passes. Troy should put up good testing numbers this summer, and from there it will be interesting to watch where he is at with his development as a passer.
