The Warriors senior quarterback was near unstoppable on Friday night where he ran all over the Cavs defense for 246 yards on the ground while also throwing for three scores in the air. A dynamic playmaker with tremendous speed, Pinion was very difficult to handle for the Cavaliers defense due to that speed and his unique feel for finding open lanes. He also contributed several key passes on the night, especially one in the 4th quarter that put his team down by eight. Even though the Warriors lost this game, Pinion continued to build his Mr. Football stock in a major way as he ran all over a 6A defense on the road and almost ran his team to victory.

The most important player for the Warriors is this dual threat quarterback that is dangerous with the ball in his hands. Pinion is one of the top producers of offensive yards in this state that is already off to a big year. What’s made him more dangerous is the fact that he is spinning the ball well, so the Cavs defense can’t just lean on stopping on the ground, they must account for him through the air as well.
