Biggest Strengths
- Near-elite athletic metrics. Lightning fast.
- Good vision. Runs toward open space in the open field, and never runs into the defense.
- Good lateral quickness
- Great patience; knows how to follow his blocks and wait for openings.
- Runs north-south as much as possible. I cannot emphasize enough how advanced Gle’s vision is compared to the rest of the class.
- Positional fit at next level: Slotback in an option-heavy offense

I’m very intrigued by clips I’ve seen on Twitter, and I’m looking forward to eventually seeing a highlight tape or full game (current hudl highlights seem to be privated).
From my quick glimpses, Trent looks very fast, explosive, and an overall great athlete. Seems that Trent has made the majority of his big plays as an RB, utilizing his high-end speed and above-average contact balance. If Trent’s testing numbers are correct, I think there’s a high likelihood that he earns a lot of college attention this offseason. Looking forward to watch a highlight tape and a full game soon!

I just couldn’t leave Trent off the rankings after the offseason he’s had. Dude is fast, explosive, and his testing numbers back it up. At the SMSB Mega Camp, Trent posted a 4.67 40-yard dash alongside a 113-inch broad jump and a phenomenal 36.5-inch vertical.
The real question here is tape. I’ve got to see Junior season tape in order for me to get a better evaluation of Trent. Just going off athletic traits, Trent has the opportunity to be a phenomenal college prospect. He’s checking a lot of boxes.
