Union struggled last season, but Cromartie could be the guy to put them back in the win column, especially if he can cut down on the fumbles that often came from trying to do too much.

While Cromartie was excellent on offense, running for over 1,000 yards on an offense that struggled in other areas, Cromartie made his biggest impact on special teams. He ran three kickoffs back for touchdowns, scoring nearly as often on special teams as he did offensively. He’s a two-sport athlete with great athletic upside.

Even though the Union program had a tough season, they produced a major bright spot in Tobias, who had a great statistical season for a freshman. On the season, Tobias rushed for 1077 yards and 5 touchdowns, with 6 games of over 100 yards rushing. I’d like to see Tobias get out to some camps to help get his name out there, because he plays in an area that a lot of coaches and media don’t get to see very often. But, whenever you have someone producing like this in spite of being the only offensive threat – it usually speaks to some special talent and efforts as an individual.
