Tilman had a productive offseason and won the starting role for Layton. He’s shown that he’s ready for the moment and has done a good job going through his progression and he is a signal caller with a good delivery and has good arm talent. He’s an accurate passer who has done a good job of keeping the ball out of danger and has shown glimpse of a high level player with further development. It’ll be interesting to see how he does for the rest of the season.
