Williams is a playmaking safety, who has great range, he has the speed to cover ground quickly and he has superb ball skills on the back end that enables him to close on the football quickly. Tice has excellent eye discipline that allows him to play fast, which enables him to read, diagnose and react to the football to shut down passing lanes. Williams runs the alleys with like his hair is on fire but under control, he takes proper angles to the ball carrier and he is a sure tackler in the open field. Tice had double digit offers from schools around the country, he was one of the hottest prospects this offseason and will take his talents to the blue turf at Boise State in 2024. Look for Williams to step on campus ready to make an immediate impact for the Broncos.

Tice is the country’s fastest rising safety. Tice possesses great cover skills as well as a strong game IQ. Tice possesses the physique of a P5 safety and the ball skills to match. He possesses exceptional agility, speed, physicality, and the ability to cover from sideline to sideline. Tice has many D1 offers and is being pursued by numerous P5 schools. Tice is regarded as a National talent, and his interest will grow over the summer and fall seasons.

Tice immediately drew our attention with a 40-yard pick-six. Williams demonstrated a variety of skills, including alertness, quickness, vision, IQ, and, most importantly, his physicality in the sport. Tice screams Power 5, and it’s just a matter of time until this late bloomer is discovered. He produced many big plays on both sides of the ball that set him apart from his teammates. Tice offers a diverse set of skills to a program; he has the grades, speed, height, and IQ to go to the next level, and the one beyond that.

Tice continues to wow us with his expert-level safety abilities. He possesses size, speed, hips, intellect, and a defensive demeanor. He produced many big plays and created a true no-fly zone on his side of the field. He possesses a distinct intelligence that allows him to outwit opponents and cause major problems for the game’s top quarterbacks. In the secondary, he’s still bringing the IT-Factor, and he’s got everything he needs to compete at the Power 5 level. Williams just completed a laser 100-meter sprint in 10:98.
