Knighton has an excellent frame and size who will only grow and get stronger in his frame. He is a versatile lineman who will likely be used on the interior and has extensive playing time at Center, but would not be out of place if moved to Guard and he showcases the necessary length and quickness to be a Tackle. Knighton shows good strength and physicality while possessing quick hands and good footwork. He easily pulls and gets to the second level and showcases his physical nature as he drives his defender back and seeks additional contact. Knighton has a huge ceiling and should get D1 offers and has the potential to be an elite interior lineman for the 28 class in the state of Utah.
