About Tanoai
Expert Analysis
Andy Pham | Prep Redzone Scout
Tanoai was someone I came down to see personally in the offseason last year. Before any of the accolades, the talent was always there. Effortless thrower, has good footwork, does well biding time in the pocket, and throws a good ball. He’s a signal caller with good size and should be able to add to his frame. He throws with good accuracy and keeps his receivers out of danger. He’s a fun prospect to watch.

Tanoai has good size, is a quick processor, and has good arm talent. His transfer to Crimson Cliffs has been fruitful; he capped off the regular season with four touchdowns, and he is a signal caller who moves well within the pocket and does an excellent job of dotting the field and stressing the defense by taking deep shots. He’ll garner additional offers in recruiting.

Andresen has great arm talent, throws a nice, tight spiral, and has good velocity on his throws. I’ve seen him multiple times this offseason, and he’s a player who keeps improving. He moves well, has good size, and should gain 20-25 lbs to fill out his frame. He had some nice deep throws on the day and has good ball placement and throws a very catchable ball to his receiver. He’s a signal caller who’s a D1 prospect and will get recruited by multiple programs.

Andresen has a great frame and should get to 215 lbs without limiting his attributes. He is a quick processor who has a good pocket presence and is not afraid to scramble out of the pocket to bide additional time and is a good athlete who can take off and pick up chunk yards. He is an elusive runner for his size with good quickness and movement patterns. Andresen has a quick delivery and overall good arm talent who can stress defenses at all three levels. He showcases good arm strength with excellent ball placement. Andresen makes off-platform throws with ease and is a player who should garner regional attention in the recruiting circuit with the upside of Power-Four offers with continued development.
