Rollins is another dual-threat passer that can make all the throws, is very athletic out of the pocket when throwing on the run and has a quick throwing motion and arm strength when pushing the ball downfield. He throws a good tight spiral, shows he can throw his receivers open both on in-breaking and out breaking routes, and is a on schedule passer that processes quickly and shows quick feet and escape ability in the pocket. Rollins is one of the top signal callers available and is another prospect looking to be a late steal for a college program in the ’26 cycle.

Rollins checks into our rankings as a top 50 signal caller in his class and just inside the top 300 overall within the state. He had a very strong Junior season in which he threw for over 2,900 yards and 25 touchdowns with over a 60% completion percentage on the year. He has a strong build and good frame for the position with plenty of growth potential through out his prep career. On tape, he shows a snappy release, can buy time in the pocket while keeping his eyes downfield and does a good job fitting balls into tight windows over the top with proper placement and velocity. He shows he can navigate the pocket efficiently and also shows he can throw on the run and across his body without losing zip on the ball. Rollins is a no brainer next level kid that should be one of the regions best in 2025.
