About Shawn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play to my abilities, as an undersized corner i try to play bigger then i am seen. I try to always play bigger to my advantage, i am a physical corner who has good speed and technique for my size.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m always working, even when we have no practice i always put in the extra work to get better at something i need to work on. I never give up on something just because i don’t understand how to do it, i reach out to my coaches for help and i use the knowledge they give me to perfect my craft at cornerback. I always wanna win, i hate losing.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I help my teammates up off the turf or off the grass, i always encourage them to do better, i never doubt them and i’m always supporting them. I am very humble and not cocky, I always help my teammates when they ask me questions. I also try to hep my team with their form in the weight room so they don’t get hurt. I help the freshman’s too especially

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, my height was a big challenge for me because i was very overlooked and doubted, i learned so much to the point where i know how to play to my ability. I always have the mentality that i have to play bigger then my size.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a school close to home where i can major in business.
