Meisner capped off an incredible season with a breathtaking performance in Wray’s championship game, dominating on the ground with 24 carries for 286 yards and three touchdowns. His agility, vision, and ability to make defenders miss were on full display as he consistently turned small openings into explosive gains. Meisner’s aggressive running style and refusal to go down on first contact made him nearly impossible to stop, and he showcased the blend of power and finesse that has made him a standout all year. Beyond his physical tools, Meisner’s football IQ and field awareness allowed him to maximize every carry, often turning potential losses into positive yardage. Already on the radar of scouts, his championship performance further highlighted his immense potential and ensured he’ll be a player to watch at the next level. Meisner has been on a tear all season, and this playoff game was no different. The 5’11 180-pound senior dominated on the ground, wracking up 286 yards and 3 touchdowns on 24 carries. Meisner averaged 11.9 yards per carry. On the defensive side, he had 14 total tackles (10 solo, 4 assisted), 1 TFL, and 1 fumble recovery. Meisner has very good athletic ability due to very good speed, acceleration, balance, and good change of direction. He uses his elite vision to identify which holes to run through. He hits the hole with ferocity, and uses his homerun speed to run past the 2nd level of the defense. Meisner has very shifty feet, allowing him to easily maneuver around defenders. When defenders try to tackle him, he sheds them off and keeps running. Meisner puts his shoulder pads down and uses his good trucking to run through defenders. I’ve been thoroughly impressed with how Meisner plays the game, and colleges NEED to look his way. He’ll be a solid contributor for any team.

Meisner is a stock riser who has been receiving some D2 attention and will have some heads turning his way this season. He lead the state in rushing yards and had an eye catching 29 rushing touchdowns. He is a physical runner that is able to make the first defender miss and picks up chunk yardage. He will be a back to know this season to see if he is able to duplicate his success.

Meisner is a dual positioned stud playing for Wray, playing running back and linebacker. Meisner leads all Colorado 2025 running backs in rushing yardage for the 2023 season. He had 7 100 + games, 1 200 + game, and 1 300 + game. Meisner measures in at 5’11 180 pounds which is a good size for a running back. Throughout the season, he accounted for 197 carries for 1535 yards and 29 touchdowns. As a receiver, he caught the ball 10 times for 145 yards and 1 touchdown. Meisner has very good athletic ability due to elite acceleration, balance, speed, and very good change of direction. He uses his home run speed to burst through the first level, and out run defenders into the 2nd level consistently. He has good mental processing. Shown with good vision between the offensive line to find holes and exploit them. Meisner has a good juke move combined with his ability to stop and pivot on a dime is dangerous. He is a physical running back with a nasty stiff arm. He can truck through defenders with ease, and it takes multiple defenders to take him down. Very good at breaking tackles. An example of this is during a kick return, when he stayed up with 3 defenders crowding him. He kept pushing through and ended up getting a kick return touchdown. Describes his competitive nature as well. Meisner is giving his all on every play consistently. Meisner didn’t have a lot of receiving opportunities this past season, however he was still dangerous. He has an ability to run routes and will use his athletic ability to create separation between him and the defender. Meisner is a phenomenal prospect who I am excited to see more of during his senior year at Wray.

Meisner is a back that shows great balance being able to break tackles and keep himself up to gain extra yardage. He is a big play waiting to happen and when he gets to the second level he uses his speed to take it to the house. He follows his blocks well and has the instinct to know when to turn on the jets and outrun the defenders. He shows the ability to break through arm tackles and bounce it to the outside.
