Samuel might be a 2028 linebacker that is undersize for the position, but there’s no doubt in my eyes that this young man can play on Saturdays based on what I see. He’s got a hard running motor that is hard to miss off the snap and has a downhill accelerator that gets downhill to the ball carrier quite suddenly. He also shows off the short area vision that doesn’t take long to see the instinvie traits come out and the upside to grow there is getting more eye-catching pursuit angles as a tackler. I also was intrigued by the amount of range that this young man had as his disposal on tape. Surely a name to keep an eye on in his upcoming junior season at Hasting St. Cecilla that was a stockriser in this 2028 class last update.
