Beamon is an aggressive tackle who can dominate in the running game. He’s got elite size and arm length, which helps him with first reach. He plays with good pad level and doesn’t let smaller guys get up underneath his pads. He’ll bury his block and look for more. He plays hungry and helps clear lanes with ease. He’s well coached in both phases and has good hand placement and a strong punch in pass protection, which throws the defender off his lane. I feel he’s a vastly underrated recruit who can and will make a team better on Saturdays.

Ricky Beamon is a regular participant in the Chicagoland combine setting, commanding attention with his 6042 340 frame. Observed live now three years straight, Beamon is a consistent performer in local events. On film, Beamon is a road grading right tackle. At the next level expect him to move inside. With his brute size and strength, Beamon is brick wall in the phone booth and able to win one on ones with raw size and strength. This Greater Chicagoland big man will be looking for his first offers this camp and combine season.
