Power is a big part of Reno’s game, and you can see it in the way he takes on offensive linemen. He wants to get into the blocker’s chest, create movement and force his way toward the football rather than dancing around blocks. I like how that strength allows him to collapse space up front and make running lanes tighter. He can take on contact, keep working his feet and make it difficult for blockers to drive him away from the play. Reno also has the strength to push the pocket when rushing the passer, forcing quarterbacks to move off their spot. When he keeps his pads low and gets his hands in the right place, that power becomes even tougher to deal with. He’s the type of defensive lineman who can wear on an offensive line as the game goes along.

Reno dominates the line with consistent leverage and explosiveness. He has a powerful initial punch that disrupts blockers and closes running lanes effectively. His motor keeps him engaged on every snap, and he shows the ability to collapse pockets while staying disciplined against the run.

Reno is a naturally instinctive defender who thrives on anticipation and timing. Rather than relying solely on raw power; His lateral quickness allows him to pursue ball carriers sideline to sideline, and his tackle technique is sound, limiting yards after contact. Reno’s calm demeanor on the field belies a fierce competitiveness he’s the kind of player who elevates the entire defense by making smart decisions and rallying teammates. With his blend of smarts and athleticism, Reno projects as a dependable, impactful contributor.
