Dielman proved to be a versatile defensive playmaker for Bishops in his breakout sophomore campaign. Totaled 45 tackles, 4.5 sacks, and 8.5 TFLs last season. He’s an athletic front-seven defender that can disrupt the backfield as an edge rusher and make rangy tackles as an off-ball LB. He excels as a downhill tackler in the run game where he can use his speed and quickness to beat blockers to the spot when playing off the ball. He uses violent hands to shed and has the range to cut off stretch plays to the perimeter. Dielman is an intriguing defender that could make the move to a LB/SS at the next level depending on how his frame and skillset continue to develop.
