’26 WR Mason Novak Leads the Way for Offensive Stars of Level 1
Stats: 8 Carries, 191 Yards, 2 TDs, 2 Receptions, 13 Yards We talked about how excited we were...
What a weapon Reece is working himself into! The 5’8″ 180 lbs athlete slashes defenses with his next level athletic profile. The kid finds the hole, accelerates 0-60 instantly, and then can flip the switch to that 2nd gear in the open field. As an undersized back Reece is able to dominate with that superior athleticism. What is surprising is that Reece flashes some physical running. There are plenty of clips of him leaving a wake of broken tackles behind him. That compact frame is built low to the ground and because of that so is his center of gravity. I love the way he is always fighting for extra yards until he is finally drug down too. This is a kid who should test well and also give coaches confidence when they go back to the tape.
We talked about how excited we were to see Reece back in the offseason. The junior RB has not disappointed in the slightest. The kid is electric with the ball in his hands. The ’27 RB has an outstanding ability to accelerate through gaps. Once he gets into that open field, good luck. Reece can beat angles and even if you do have him squared up he has the agility to make anyone miss in space. The playmaker is running at a different game speed than the rest of the field. It stands out from the crowd for sure. I can’t wait to watch more of his career develop before our eyes.
