Liggins contributed dynamic playmaking ability. A catch in the short game got turned into an explosion play. Liggins is a 5’10” slot that can use hesitation to blow past defensive backs. Very crisp route runner with big time speed. Doesn’t break stride on slant routes at the catch point. Big time YAC threat that makes catches over the middle. Good gadget guy especially on jet sweeps.
