Outstanding size, length, and frame at 6’7” 280 lbs. Holds good weight distribution in upper and lower body with a solid base and the ability to add mass as he develops. Can overpower opponents and finish his blocks using his strong hands and good leg drive through contact. Attacks his blocks with good inside hand placement and a heavy initial strike. Shows he can move his feet and get out in front to be an effective puller and perimeter blocker in space. Takes advantage of his length in pass protection but can also match lateral movement and stay in front to keep positional leverage. Ranked inside the top 15 of 2026 OL prospects and expect him to keep rising while adding offers going forward.

Buckey is one of the most under-recruited players across the central valley, and should really explode onto the scene this season and 2025 off-season. He has the ideal build for the tackle position, good feet in pass protection and can win against both speed and power rushers with patient hands, strong punch and is a natural bender in his stance. Buckey also displays a nasty finish, inside hand placement through out his blocks and can finish downfield with nasty intentions. Already holding a offer from Northern Arizona, look for Buckey to add to his offer list in the coming months.
