How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I'm Osarefe Onaiwu-Osayi, a defensive tackle known for playing fast with my hands and relentlessly tracking the ball carrier. My focus on quick, aggressive movements and an unwavering pursuit of the ball defines my play style on the field.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My name is Osarefe Onaiwu-Osayi, and I'm known for my relentless mental focus on the football field. Every time I step onto the field, I'm fully dialed in, pushing myself to be the best defensive tackle I can be. Off the field, I'm just as committed to self-improvement, always seeking out ways to elevate my game and myself as a person. Whether it's studying plays, honing my technique, or working

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I actively volunteer in my community, particularly with WODI (Women of Dignity International). Through my work with WODI, I've had the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others, which has been incredibly rewarding. My dedication to this cause was recognized when I received a volunteer award.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve honed my leadership skills by always being ready to listen and learn from others. I believe that great leaders are also great learners, so I make it a priority to stay open-minded and absorb as much knowledge as I can. Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I've faced some tough challenges in my football journey, including tearing my ACL and having to sit out for a while, but I was determined to come back stronger. Then, I tore my MCL, which was another setback, but I refused to let it keep me down. I worked hard through both recoveries, pushing myself every day to get back to the game I love.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a college where I can excel both athletically and academically. I want to be part of a football program that challenges me to grow as a player while also providing the academic environment I need to succeed in the classroom. My goal is to find a school that supports my ambitions on the field and helps me achieve my academic dreams, setting me up for success in every aspect.
