Devine, the son of the former West Virginia standout, has traits very similar to his father’s, as he showed his skills as a wide receiver, running back, and kick returner. He scored two touchdowns in a 63-26 loss to Port Charlotte.
The speedy athlete from Cape Coral already runs a verified 4.4-second 40-yard dash and is a threat to take it the distance on every touch. Frame-wise, he has a ways to go, but instincts and elusiveness cannot be taught.
